Yes. This is a USATF Certified course.

Yes! Walkers are always welcome on our course. This is family friendly event, so strollers are welcome as well!

Absolutely. Just choose a volunteer option that does not conflict with participating in the run. To volunteer, please sign up here.

The 1-Mile Run is suggested for children 12 & under.
If your child is participating in the 1-mile run, please be aware that it will begin shortly AFTER the main 5K begins - and most runners will return prior to the 5K finishers.
In an effort to make the event safe for young participants, the 1 Mile Course will be overseen by adult runners. We ask that participants ages 6 & under be accompanied by an adult.

Parking:
Look for parking signs and attendants!
Driving down North St. from Route 109/Medfield Center, pass the Montrose School on your RIGHT.
Take a RIGHT into the Second parking lot entrance. Follow the driveway behind the fields into the back parking lot.

Day-of Registration is available for anyone who would like to join in the fun!
Fees will be $40 for the 5K and $25 for the 1-Mile
Credit, cash or check welcome.
*Please note: All participants 18 & under, and registering the day of, MUST have their registration form signed by a parent or guardian.
